The Salem Capitol Wood Carvers has installed software that allows us to send announcements and periodic news letters to subscribers.
I intend to send out a letter every 3 to 6 months. This serves two purposes.
1. Inform subscribers.2. To allow the webmaster to purge invalid email addresses. It is up to the subscribers to keep their email address in information up to date. You and unsubscribe anytime you want also. A note of how to unsubscribe will be at the bottom of each announcement. Your information is kept confidential.
The webmaster has complete control of the content of any messages sent out. If you an announcement you think needs to be sent to everybody send the webmaster an email with complete text you wish to send out. I, the webmaster, will deny, edit, or send as is at my discretion. The exception to this if the club or the board of directors wishes to communicate with members, then they will have control of content. In practice I will work with anybody that wishes to send out an announcement to attempt to allow it to happen. Click here to subscribe.
